“Can I attend just one of these courses, or do I have to attend all three?”
The instructors have provided the following guidance information. Interested persons may sign up to attend:
- Course 1 (Background) by itself, or Course 3 (Models) by itself.
- Or, Courses 1 (Background) & 2 (Methodologies), or Courses 1 & 3.
- Or, the entire series of Courses 1, 2 & 3.
- Anyone who wants to attend Course 2 (Methodologies) should also sign up to attend Course 1 (Background) first.
“Do I need to bring anything to these courses?”
Yes. For each of these courses, all attendees will need to bring their own laptop computer with Excel, Word, and either PowerPoint or a PDF viewer.
In addition – for Course 3 (Models) only, CUBE software is also needed (most MPOs should already have this).
ODOT employees may contact the instructors in the Office of Statewide Planning / Modeling & Forecasting Section prior to the course to ask about obtaining a CUBE software license.
